Joseph "Joe" Lynch is a former student of Summer Bay High who bullies Sally Fletcher and is the best friend of Jack Wilson.
Storylines[]
Joe arrives with his mother Teresa and they begin staying at the Beach house with Irene Roberts and her foster daughter, Selina.
Joe manages to upset Selina by making comments about her pregnancy. Jack takes a dislike to Joe at first but they become friends.
Joe bullies Sally for a while because she is good at maths, but eventually owns up after Donald Fisher confronts him.
Joe resents Teresa for breaking up with his father and frequently argues with her.
However, when Teresa is injured in a seaplane crash, Joe leaves to be with her.
