Matthew Montgomery was the long-lost father of Chloe Anderson.
Backstory[]
Matthew spend a one night-stand with Mia, who was a then 16 year old while out on a drunken night. After spending a drunken night, Mia discovered that she's pregnant with Matthew's baby. Mia wanted to tell Matthew about her pregnancy, but his mother found out and paid Mia a wad of cash and demand her to get an abortion.
But Mia decided to keep the baby and the money, and flees off, and Matthew never knew about Mia's pregnancy or his baby. Mia then gives birth to their daughter, Chloe and raised her as a single mother. But 20 years later, Matthew finds out about Chloe's existence and calls Mia about their daughter. But Mia tells him that Chloe has no interest of meeting him.
Storylines[]
Matthew arrives to Summer Bay to meet his long lost daughter, Chloe for the first time, despite that Chloe's mother, Mia tells him that Chloe has no interest in wanting to meet him.
