Theo Poulos Jr. is the son of Dimitri Poulos and the nephew of Leah Patterson-Baker. He was named after his grandfather, Theo Poulos. He's the best friend of Chloe Anderson and Nikau Parata.

Storylines[]
Theo arrives to Summer Bay, and is pulled over by Constable Cash Newman who catches him speeding and Theo tells Cash that he's visiting his family after the recent death of his aunt. Cash takes him to the home of his family, which is the house belonging to Leah Patterson-Baker and Justin Morgan.
It is later revealed that Theo is Leah's nephew and Theo tells Leah that his father had kicked him out because Theo refuses to take the job offer that Dimitri offers him. Leah thought about Theo to stay with her, but Justin disagrees on the idea.
Theo is not happy when Leah called Dimitri, who tells Leah about Theo selling phone insurances to his father's customers. But Theo assures Leah that he didn't do it and tries to tell Dimitri what happened, but Dimitri refuses to listen. Theo asked Leah to let him stay with her, and she lets him stay.
He then meets Alf Stewart and John Palmer at the Diner, when Theo finds out who John is, Theo confronts John and blames him for Leah almost losing her money, but Justin tells him off. Leah tries to explain to Theo that John is good man, who Theo refuses to listen and drives off in his car, high speed.
A week later, Theo return to the Bay, badly beaten up. Theo then meets Chloe Anderson and became instantly attracted to her, but Chloe rejects his advances as she has a boyfriend. Leah tells Chloe to show Theo around the bay and Theo and Chloe become friends. Theo later meets Chloe's boyfriend, Ryder Jackson and tells Chloe that she deserves someone better than Ryder.
Theo helps Chloe organise a surprise party for Ryder's 21st Birthday and meets Chloe's friends, Nikau Parata and Bella Nixon. Theo later kidnaps Ryder and drives him to a nightclub for his surprise party. Theo dance with Chloe and comforts her when Ryder gets drunk and flirts with the nightclub's VIP hostess, Anne Sherman. Theo and Chloe stay at the nightclub and later went for a walk at the beach.
Theo comforts Chloe, after Ryder accuses her for cheating on him with Theo. Theo listens to Chloe about what happened with Ryder and Theo tells her that Ryder doesn't deserve her. Later at the diner, Ryder confronts Theo and tells him to stay away from Chloe, but Theo refuses, which angers Ryder, who lunges at Theo, but is stopped by Justin. Theo admits to Justin about his past
